When you want to make great sounding saxophone parts for your music, the SAXOPHONE will give you great sounds, real sounding virtual-instrument, ease of use in playing, with minimum buttons to operate.
Recorded in 24 bit 48 KHz through great sounding microphones .
All that’s left is to write the notes, sit back and relax while you hear your parts come to life. Smile and enjoy what you hear through the speakers and the mix. Focus on the great feelings you feel inside, while you’re hear your parts being played to you and to others through the speakers.
The SAXOPHONE is sampled for 2 octaves from D3 to D#5, and the notes are extended to B5 and G2.
The instrument has a requirement for KONTAKT full 6.5.3 and above. Works in KONTAKT player in demo mode (for 15 min).
THE SAXOPHONE FEATURES
What you get:
- The SAXOPHONE is sampled for 2 octaves from D3 to D#5, and the notes are extended to B5 and G2.
- There are 3 velocity layers on the notes without vibrato.
- There are 2 velocity layers on the vibrato notes.
- On the articulations, there are 5 note lengths : LONG , 1/2 , 1/4 , 1/8 ,1/16 .
On the no-vibrato, the note length sets the time the note can be played. That means, 1/4 note will stop playing after 1/4 of a bar, and note will have a real decay.
On the vibrato, the 1/4 note is the time it takes the vibrato to start. So, the note will play no vibrato for 1/4 of a bar, and then the rest of the note will have a vibrato.

I truly enjoy the saxophone sound, and ‘the Saxophone’ doesn’t tend to sound synthetic, when for eg. playing 3th & 7th as an acomp at the same time.
